About MyBills Resort

MyBills Resort is booking software for small Indian properties — resorts, homestays, and hotels with a few rooms rather than a few hundred. It is made by MyBills Technologies in Kerala.

Most software in this category is built for chains and then cut down. The result asks a twelve-room homestay to behave like a Marriott. This is built the other way round: for one person who is on the desk, on the phone and doing the accounts, often at the same time.

• Offline is the normal case, not an error state. Bookings taken during a dead patch are queued and replayed, never lost.
• Nothing costs per message. Guest links are shared from the owner’s own WhatsApp, so there is no per-message fee and the guest hears from a number they recognise.
• Double-booking is prevented by the database, not by application code remembering to check. It is arithmetically impossible, not merely unlikely.
• Money is never one number. Booked, collected and claimed are different figures, and the software always says which one it is showing.

It is not a payment gateway — a guest pays the resort directly, and we never hold anyone’s money. It is not a channel manager. It does not sell your guest data, because it cannot: our own operators are unable to read it.
