Everything a front desk actually does
Booking links over WhatsApp
Share a link from your own number — the guest recognises it and can reply. They accept your terms, enter their details and pay the advance. No app install, no login.
Payments verified, not assumed
A screenshot is a claim until someone checks it. Claims queue up as "awaiting verification" with the reference and amount, and only a permitted user can turn one into money received.
Check-in with ID capture
Photograph every adult's ID against the booking. The screen shows who's captured and who's outstanding, and uploads queue safely when the signal drops.
Offline is the normal case
Bookings for ±60 days live on the device. Writes queue and retry, photos survive a restart, and every screen says how fresh it is — "Offline · as of 09:14".
Three revenue figures, named
Booked, collected and earned are different numbers and the app always says which one you're looking at. Front desk sees the same dashboard without the money.

Set up once
Add your property, room types, rooms and rates. Set your UPI details and write your terms. Twenty minutes, and you only do it once.

Hold the rooms
Pick dates and rooms and share the link. The rooms are held — a real lock with an expiry, so an abandoned enquiry can't quietly freeze your calendar.

The guest pays
They accept your terms, fill in their details, confirm their number with the code in your message, and pay by UPI. The link stays live as their booking page.

Verify and check in
Confirm the payment landed, then capture IDs at the desk. Everything is logged — who did what, when, and on which device.
